Denver Small Shop Gift Ideas

Last week I posted some His & Her's gift guides and everything on them would make a great gift. But I wanted to write a post to highlight some amazing local Denver business to encourage you to shop small this holiday season if you are able!

All of these businesses are local to Denver, but several of the ideas can be translated to your own local market!

Something that everyone should do on on a regular basis but some people might need that push to book! I go to Accent Aesthetics and I always leave so happy and glowy for the next several days! They've offered 25% off their hydra-facial gift cards which is perfect because then they can book it on their schedule and hydrafacials are great for all ages and skin types!

Pretty much any time I need a gift for someone, I head to Miller Lane Mercantile. It's a beautifully curated shop in the Berkeley Neighborhood just off of Tennyson Street. The owner Callie has such an amazing eye for home decor and useful yet stylish Items and bonus, she'll curate the perfect gift package for you!

Handbags and jewelry can be difficult if you don't know their personal style but if you decide to go that route I highly recommend Wear Love Wagon. They're a non profit mobile boutique that are working to put an end to human trafficking by partnering with different fair trade organizations all over the world. The difference I find when I shop with Wear Love though is the pieces are truly beautiful and unique and they become staples in my wardrobe! Check out their schedule HERE or shop them online HERE

Normally I wouldn't recommend gifting hair treatments because people tend to be pretty loyal to their own stylist. I'd avoid cuts and color but something anyone could benefit from is a Nano Complex Treatment from Fox & Jane. I get this treatment a few times a year and it has CHANGED my poor dry brittle hair! I can't speak enough about how much I love it. Its the ultimate way to pamper someone you love and they will love you forever, trust.

We recently had the priveledge of being invited to a private tasting and dinner at this new Denver hotspot. Located in the historic Gov's Park building, a private tasting would make for a beautiful, romantic experience! They also have an amazing retail section with plenty of yummy wine selections. I highly recommend the Tempranillo!

The perfect gift for your foodie friend! The Denver Passport gives you 2 for 1 drinks at tons of restaurants around town and access to exclusive pop ups and events! It's a great way to push someone out of their usual spots and try new things! Plus right now they come with a Mountain Passport which offers 2 for 1 perks in mountain towns and ski destinations across CO!

For the kiddos in your life I cannot recommend enough buying secondhand toys! Good Buy Gear is my go to because they have such a huge selection of used items in perfect (clean) condition for a fraction of the cost of buying brand new! They're local to Denver but they do offer delivery and shipping for certain items! Use THIS LINK to get $15 off your first purchase!

So there you go! I hope I've encouraged you to shop local this holiday! Let me know if you use any of these ideas! Comment below with your favorite small shops so I can check them out!
